We offer a 30-day return policy for all unused items in their original packaging with tags attached. Please note that personalized or monogrammed bags are final sale and cannot be returned.

Yes, our 'Heritage' collection is crafted from 100% premium genuine leather. We also offer a 'Vegan' line made from high-quality, durable synthetic materials for our eco-conscious customers.

Do you offer a warranty on your products?

Every My Style Bags purchase comes with a 12-month limited warranty covering manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship. This does not cover normal wear and tear or accidental damage.

Can I track my shipment?
